Five roles: doctor, assistant, admin, nurse and billing, each with its own permissions. An assistant is assigned to a doctor and sees only that doctor's patients. Every change is logged. Settings hold the clinic profile and brand colour, working hours, complaint tags, frequent medicines, and the procedure, bill, consent and SMS templates.
