Poojan Dental Clinic took quotations, consent and records off paper, and helped shape ClinicOS for dentists

Before

Everything was on paper: patient records, quotations and consent forms. The hardest part was quotations. Sharing a treatment estimate with a patient was slow, and keeping track of which ones were accepted and what was still pending was harder still.

Built together

Poojan's doctors were among the first dental clinics on ClinicOS, and many of their suggestions went straight into the product. Three dental features came largely from working with them: procedure mode, treatment plans with quotations, and consent management.

A visit today

Each patient's history, procedures, reports and quotations sit in one digital record. Quotations are shared with the patient from ClinicOS and stay on record. Patients get their messages automatically, so nobody at the clinic types them by hand. When a patient comes back months later, their past reports are already there instead of in a paper file.
